Terms & Conditions, Informed Consent and Confidentiality

I participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for my own wellbeing, choices, actions and personal experience.

I understand that the teachings, tools, healings, meditations, activations and spiritual practices offered are intended for personal growth, spiritual wellbeing, self-awareness, joy and fulfilment. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or other professional healthcare treatment.

I remain responsible for continuing any treatment, therapy, medication or professional care recommended by my doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or other healthcare provider. I will not seek medical, psychological or psychiatric advice from the teacher, practitioner, guide or facilitator.

I understand that results and experiences may vary. No specific outcome, healing, transformation, spiritual experience, initiation experience or personal result is promised or guaranteed.

I agree that all teachings, practices, methods, tools, materials and information shared during the class, course, workshop, session or event are for my personal use only.

I agree not to copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, sell, modify, teach, re-teach, train others in, or otherwise share the material, methods, teachings or practices with any third party without prior written permission.

I understand that certain teachings, practices, rituals, methods and materials may be confidential, proprietary, lineage-based or sacred. I agree to keep such information confidential and not make it available publicly or privately to unauthorized persons.

For Empower Thyself-related teachings, MMS-related teachings or any teachings received from a Certified Modern Mystery School Guide and/or Teacher, I understand that this confidentiality and non-replication obligation remains in effect for five years after the last class I have attended with MMS or an MMS Certified Guide and/or Teacher.

I agree not to make audio recordings, video recordings, photos, screenshots, screen recordings or livestreams during the class, course, workshop, session or event without prior written permission.

I understand that the organizer may take photos, videos or audio recordings for internal, educational, archival or promotional purposes. If I do not wish to appear in public promotional materials, I will inform the organizer in writing before the event begins.

I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and not to share personal stories, experiences or private information disclosed by others.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, Informed Consent and Confidentiality Agreement.
